Grounding and Boundary Setting: A Kundalini Yoga, Writing and Meditation Workshop with Mystic/Priestess Katie Billings, KYT-200
Identifying and enforcing healthy boundaries are key components to living a confident, authentic, meaningful life that doesn’t leave you drained and feeling scattered. Having tools in your tool kit that help you re-center when feeling challenged is also a great way relax and recharge while grounding back down into your body after trying events or stress.
In this workshop we will explore ways to set and enforce boundaries as well as ground, protect and re-center our energy. The evenings offerings will include an introspective practice of self reflective journal prompts, a supportive kundalini yoga practice, mantra meditation, and creative visualization exercises to help you discern where boundaries are needed in your life and support upholding them. We will also look at ways to protect and ground energy through the use of essential oils, crystals and herbs.
