This workshop will include:
- a Discussion regarding the Elements and their properties
- Yoga for Balance in the energetic bodies
- a Mediation to connect spirit and earth
The physical body is made up of earth, fire, water, and air and the soul body is made up of spirit. Bringing balance to these elements within us can bring clarity to many aspects of our lives. Earth brings groundedness. Fire brings passion. Water brings fluidity. Air brings prana. Spirit brings connection.
Balancing these out can help us see what is working and what is stuck - physically and energetically. In this workshop we will focus on what each of these four physical elements offer to our lives and where we are out of balance with our spirit or soul body.
Being able to turn pain and suffering into something that is more useful to us takes a lot of transmutation. How we begin that process can sometimes be the hardest step of our entire lives.
